A venue or site coordinator operates a business, and their responsibilities start and stop at venue or reception site. An event planner represents your specific needs and vision. We are the direct contact between you and all vendors (not just the site). We appreciate and value the site coordinators.

Are you on site the day of the event?

Yes, Faith City Events Architects will arrive as early as needed to set up and manage all details. We meet the very first vendor and stay until the last guest leaves, to ensure all clean up/breakdown has been taken care of. You will receive an in-depth timeline, which will outline what to expect.

Many event planners only work with exclusive vendors. If I hire Faith City Events, does this mean that I can’t use other vendors I had in mind?

While we have esteemed vendors, we have no problem working with your vendors of choice.

Will I be active in the planning of my event?

Of course, an event consultant acts as a team member and confidant to assist you in planning your perfect event. In your initial meeting, you can communicate the level of participation you wish to have in the process.

For the day of the event, will you oversee the entire event by supervising vendors, troubleshooting emergencies, and calming nerves?

Absolutely!! Our job is to allow you to relax and enjoy the day. We will serve has liaison between you and vendors; we handle all the details of making your event run smoothly.

When is it too late to hire one of our Event Architects?

It is never too late to hire one of our event architects as long as we have the availability.
